Netsuite: Creating New Event Locations

Adding a new event location to a current course. 

  • Search for you content in the search bar.
  • Click the "edit" button for that content.
  • Click on the "Course Specifics" tab.
  • Scroll down to the "Event Location" field.
  • Hover over the "Event Location" field to the right of it you should see a "plus sign".
  • You should now have a new window open up.
    • In the "Company Name" field (which is required) type the name of the new event location.
    • Now click the "save" button.
  • Now you should see this new location appear once you start typing in the "Event Location" field.
  • Click on the "location" you created.
  • On click the "save" botton for that course.

 

Or when creating a task you can use the following instructions. 

 

  • Scroll down to the "Event Location" field.
  • Hover over the "Event Location" field to the right of it you should see a "plus sign".
  • You should now have a new window open up.
    • In the "Company Name" field (which is required) type the name of the new event location.
    • Now click the "save" button.
  • Now you should see this new location appear once you start typing in the "Event Location" field.
  • Click on the "location" you created.
  • Fill in the rest of your information that you have for this.
  • On click the "save" botton for that task.
