Launched in November 2014, the UNC School of Government's Indigent Defense Manual Series, edited by John Rubin (Albert Coates Professor of Public Law and Government), is a web-based collection of reference manuals addressing law and practice in areas in which indigent defendants and respondents are entitled to representation of counsel at state expense. The site was developed between January-February and October-November of 2014 using Drupal 7.
