The UNC School of Government's Legislative Reporting System (LRS) web site was launched in January 2013, originally driven by the vision of UNC School of Government's Aimee Wall (Thomas Willis Lambeth Distinguished Chair in Public Policy) and Christine Wunsch.  LRS is a paid subscription service, offering a number of ways for legislators, aides, attorneys, local government officials, non-profit advocacy groups, lobbyists and even citizens to track bills as they are debated in the NC House and Senate chambers. The site was developed between September and December of 2012 using Drupal 6.
