Some steps you can try to debug logging into PhotoShelter.

1. Make sure that you are clicking on the following login button (see attached image). Some others were clicking on the public login form before and that will not work with your UNC SSO login.
   
2. Clear your bowser caches for whatever browser you tried to login with SSO login. Try logging into PhotoShelter in a different browser.
3. Restart your computer.

If you are still encountering the error please submit a ticket to the Applications team, along with a screenshot of the error message.
