Transfer phone call to different co-worker
- Hit the transfer button after letting client know that you are initiating a transfer.
- The client will be put on hold with background music.
- Dial the co-worker’s phone #.
- You have the option of talking to the co-worker first or just transferring directly.
- Hit transfer button a second time to complete the transfer.
