Using The New Qualtrics Interface

On June 20, 2016, main campus transitioned the campus instance of Qualtrics to a new interface. A few notes about the campus-wide change:

What's new?
  • All of your existing folders and surveys will automatically be migrated to this new interface and no action is required on your part. This interface is meant to be more streamlined and intuitive to use.
  • Sharing with Groups: In order to share with a group, you will need to first create the survey under your projects and then use the “Share Project” function and enter the name of the group. Instructions can be found here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/my-projects/sharing-a-project/ (link is external) under “Sharing with Groups”. Once you have selected “User and Group Address Book” you will see all of the groups that you are a member of. If you need a new group created, please send Rob Moore an email and he can create that for you.
What is staying the same?
  • The survey links that you have already shared with clients will not change.
  • This change will be transparent to end users as this is an administration interface change.
