Sometimes a client may need to close an e-learning module and re-open it, and they may want to know if they can resume at the point where they stopped or if they have to start over again at the beginning.
It depends on the module. The land use modules allow the user to use the navigation on the left. That is not an option with the ethics modules, however, so they must start at the beginning and be watched through.
This code was written to parse the watchdog log file and pull out lines pertaining to sending notifications. Written on 11/15/2017.

As an administrator, in the sidebar, hover over "Settings > WP Post to PDF Enhanced Options."
Then click on "Save and Reset PDF Cache."
Now go back to the page that you want to download, and try again.
Using your local instance of phpMyAdmin you can add remote databases by modifying the config.inc.php file.
This file should be in the phpMyAdmin folder wherever it is installed on your computer. For me it is located at C:\wamp64\apps\phpmyadmin5.1.1.
