When you update or reinstall a program, you may find that the shortcuts on your desktop disappear, or that the icons in your taskbar go blank and no longer work. This article provides instructions to remove icons that no longer work and create new desktop icons and taskbar links.

Moving your files from DropBox to OneDrive is a great way to save or clear up space in DropBox and have your files easily accessible across Microsoft products. OneDrive storage of 1TB is provided by UNC to all students, faculty and staff, while DropBox Basic only provides 2GB of space. There are two ways of moving files: moving them individually or in groups.

How do I know if what I'm trying to view is a Mediasite presentation? The website address (URL) begins with http://uncsog.mediasite.mcnc.org
I get an error message that the presentation cannot be played. To view the presentation, please use Internet Explorer. Other Internet browsers (i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) do not support Silverlight, on which Mediasite is based.

To change a TurningPoint channel:
Make a site on with MAMP local development.
In the main navigation, you can find the inventory adjustment by going to Customers > Other Transactions > Inventory Adjustment > New.
Then fill in the top section's required fields. In the customer field, search for your name. In the Adjustment Account Field, type in the course number; when the course is found in the dropdown, select it. The Custom Form field should already be filled in, and the date field as well.

Sometimes a client may need to close an e-learning module and re-open it, and they may want to know if they can resume at the point where they stopped or if they have to start over again at the beginning.
It depends on the module. The land use modules allow the user to use the navigation on the left. That is not an option with the ethics modules, however, so they must start at the beginning and be watched through.

As an administrator, in the sidebar, hover over "Settings > WP Post to PDF Enhanced Options."
Then click on "Save and Reset PDF Cache."
Now go back to the page that you want to download, and try again.
Using your local instance of phpMyAdmin you can add remote databases by modifying the config.inc.php file.
This file should be in the phpMyAdmin folder wherever it is installed on your computer. For me it is located at C:\wamp64\apps\phpmyadmin5.1.1.
