If you have enabled 2-step verification for your Outlook account, you may experience difficulty accessing your email account in mail apps on your smartphone or tablet. This probably means that you need to create an app password for your device. An app password is an alternative password that you will enter instead of your regular password when your device prompts you to log in. This page will walk you through the process of creating an app password.
There is a Bi-Directional Communication setting that needs to be changed on Macs when printing to the Xerox MFDs (Multi-Function Device). At the SOG, we use listservs, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes to facilitate email use beyond the basic sending from one individual to another or to a manually typed list of individuals. This article will go over some differences in how these work and what they can do.

This guide will take you through the process of installing the SOG Events Tool for use in Outlook 2016 and the Outlook web app.
You will receive an email notifying you that your download is ready with a link to the download center.
Click the link and log in with your SOG bookstore account. This will take you to the "My Downloads" section where your file is listed.
The file may only be downloaded twice. Make sure that you save the file in an accessible location, such as My Documents, Desktop, or on a USB flash drive. Click "Download" and save the file in this location. You will not be able to open this file on your computer; you must save it.

Moving your files from DropBox to OneDrive is a great way to save or clear up space in DropBox and have your files easily accessible across Microsoft products. OneDrive storage of 1TB is provided by UNC to all students, faculty and staff, while DropBox Basic only provides 2GB of space. There are two ways of moving files: moving them individually or in groups.
